About this fabric

This velvet shows a mottled, pixel-like motif in muted olive green over a pale neutral ground, giving the fabric a dappled, broken-up depth rather than a flat solid colour. The pile catches the light gently, so the olive reads slightly warmer and softer at different angles. Made from 54% viscose and 46% polyester, it has a usable width of 138cm and a severe contract upholstery grade, with a Martindale rating of 100,000 for demanding use. It is also treatable for FR drapery and upholstery, making it a versatile choice where performance and finish both matter.

How to use it

Use this olive velvet on an occasional chair, banquette, or cushions where its small-scale pattern can add interest without dominating the room. It sits well with warm timber, putty neutrals, and brass accents for a composed, modern scheme.

A soft olive velvet that adds subtle texture and a tailored feel to seating or statement cushions.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Infinity Velvets Mandal Olive Flat without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
