About this fabric

This colourway reads as a muted seafoam green with an airy, slightly silvery cast, softened further by the velvet pile’s subtle sheen. The pattern forms a small-scale, tessellated effect that feels textural rather than bold, so the design has depth without becoming visually heavy. Woven in 54% viscose and 46% polyester, it has the plush handle expected of velvet, while the 100,000 Martindale rating and severe contract upholstery grade make it suitable for demanding interiors. It is 138cm wide and treatable for FR drapery and upholstery, giving it flexibility across both soft furnishings and seating. The overall effect is calm and contemporary, with enough movement in the surface to keep a plain room from feeling flat.

How to use it

Use this seafoam shade on an accent chair, banquette or cushions where the pale green can lift warm timber, linen and stone finishes. It also works well as a drapery velvet in light-filled rooms, where the sheen will bring out its cooler, fresh undertone.
