Infinity Velvets Mandal Teal Wavy

Infinity Velvets Velvet

Mandal Teal Wavy is shown here in a deep teal velvet with an ivory, wavy lattice effect that gives the design a lively, almost hand-drawn rhythm. The pile catches the light softly, so the teal reads rich and inky rather than flat.

About this fabric

This Infinity velvet combines 54% viscose with 46% polyester, giving the surface a plush finish with a subtle sheen and a strong, upholstery-ready handle. The abstract wavy pattern is worked in soft ivory against a dark teal ground, creating a clear contrast that feels crisp and graphic without becoming harsh. With a usable width of 138cm and a 100,000 Martindale rating, it is well suited to demanding seating as well as accessories and FR-treated drapery. The 18cm horizontal and 17cm vertical repeats help the motif keep its flowing, layered character across larger pieces. Its overall effect is smart and moody, with the pale pattern lines lifting the depth of the teal.

How to use it

Pair this colourway with warm oak, brushed brass and smoky glass to play up its cool, sophisticated depth. It works especially well on statement chairs, cushions or curtains where the textured pattern can ripple through the light.

Use to add rich colour and movement without losing a tailored feel.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Infinity Velvets Mandal Teal Wavy without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
