Royce Flax

Royce FabricF4933-04

Royce Flax is a quiet, natural-looking plain with a soft flax cream cast and a fine, lightly heathered surface. Its tone feels warm and restrained rather than stark, with just enough texture to keep the cloth visually alive.

About this fabric

This colourway reads as a gentle flax cream with a subtle warm-beige undertone, softened by the cloth’s small slub and crosswise weave texture. The composition of 39% cotton, 24% viscose, 24% wool and 13% polyamide gives it a comfortable, substantial handle while still keeping the face refined. With a width of approximately 140cm and a straight, non-directional look, it is easy to plan across both upholstery and drapery schemes. The plain repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm approx keeps the focus on colour and texture, and the √BH fire code makes it suitable for many residential interiors.

How to use it

Use this flax tone to soften dark timber, painted joinery or patterned fabrics, where its muted warmth will act as a calm backdrop. It is especially effective on upholstered seating, relaxed curtains or bed dressing when you want a light neutral that feels less stark than white.

A calm flax cream that works beautifully on tailored upholstery or elegant curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
