Manon Bone is a softly glowing bone cream with fine horizontal striations and a gentle, lightly slubbed surface. The subtle sheen lifts the pale ground without making it feel glossy.

About this fabric

This Salta fabric from Larsen is a 205cm-wide textile with a repeat of V 4cm / H 0cm approx, giving the surface its delicate horizontal rhythm. The blend of 47% silk, 20% cotton, 20% alpaca, 10% polyamide and 3% wool creates a fabric that looks soft, lightly brushed and faintly lustrous in the light. In Manon Bone, the colour reads as a warm ivory-beige rather than a stark white, with a calm chalky depth that sits close to natural fibre tones. The visible texture is refined but not flat, with thin pale bands catching the light across the cloth.

How to use it

Use this soft bone shade where you want brightness without glare: it works beautifully on relaxed curtains, refined blinds or upholstered pieces in quiet rooms. Pair it with sand, oak and textured neutrals to let the subtle striped weave stay gentle and airy.

A pale, quietly luminous neutral that layers easily with oak, linen and warm metallics.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Manon Bone without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
