About this fabric

Lamu Linen is a textile fabric from Larsen’s Seki collection, with a width of approx. 143cm and a repeat of V 90cm / H 72cm approx. Its composition of 58% cotton, 22% polyester, 17% polyacrylic and 3% wool gives the surface a softly woven, lightly textured handle that suits a variety of interior uses. In this colourway, the palette settles into warm sand, oatmeal and pale biscuit tones, with the pattern reading like faded brushwork rather than a sharp graphic. The narrow vertical lines add a subtle darker note against the creamy ground, so the overall effect stays calm, tonal and understated.

How to use it

Use it for curtains, cushions or a statement armchair where the warm beige ground can soften a room without flattening the pattern. It pairs especially well with natural oak, chalky wall colours and other quiet neutrals.

A warm, tonal beige that feels calm and easy to layer with pale woods and linen textures.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Lamu Linen without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
