About this fabric

This plain fabric has a calm, understated look, with the subtle sheen of silk softening the matte body of the wool. The colour sits between sand and putty, giving it a warm beige cast rather than a cool neutral. With a composition of 74% Virgin Wool and 26% Silk, it has a natural depth that suits both upholstery and drapery. The repeat is 0cm vertically and horizontally, so the appeal lies in its clean surface and tonal richness rather than pattern.

How to use it

Use Senso Clay to bring warmth to tailored seating, linen-draped windows, or simple upholstered panels. Its muted clay-beige tone pairs especially well with oak, bronze and darker taupe accents.

A quietly refined neutral that layers easily with warm timber and darker accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
