About this fabric

This Sound collection fabric from Larsen is woven in 97% linen and 3% polyamide, with an approximate width of 139cm and no repeat. The weave is fine and regular, reading as a clean plain cloth rather than a decorative pattern, with the linen texture visible across the surface. Atmosphere Opal has a warm opal-beige tone that feels softened and understated, with just enough depth in the weave to keep it from looking flat. It is a restrained, elegant neutral that suits projects where the texture matters more than contrast.

How to use it

Use this colourway on relaxed seating, tailored cushions or simple curtains where its pale beige tone can brighten the room without feeling stark. It works especially well with oak, chalky whites and muted stone shades.

A quiet, versatile neutral that layers easily with timber, stone and softened whites.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
