About this fabric

Woven from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide velvet has a smooth, closely textured face with subtle tonal movement as the pile catches the light. The colour reads as a deep raspberry-magenta rather than a soft blush, giving upholstered pieces a confident and dramatic presence. It is graded for domestic upholstery and is machine washable, making it suitable for everyday residential seating and occasional furniture. The fabric has Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this deep magenta velvet on a statement armchair, footstool or compact sofa, pairing it with warm neutrals to temper its intensity or dark timber and brass for a richer, more theatrical scheme.
