About this fabric

This Ponte Vecchio chenille is woven from 100% polyester and measures 138cm wide, making it a practical choice for domestic upholstery. The surface shows closely spaced horizontal rows with tiny lighter and darker flecks, creating a tactile finish without a printed motif. Its muted taupe-grey tone feels grounded and understated rather than cool or stark, while the chenille pile catches the light in small, soft highlights. It is machine washable and has Domestic Cig & Match GreenFR® flame retardancy, with treatment available for contract grade.

How to use it

Use this mottled taupe-grey on a sofa, armchair or headboard where its warm grey-brown depth can soften cream, stone and charcoal furnishings. Pair it with natural timber and textured neutrals for a calm, relaxed scheme.
