About this fabric
This colourway reads as a balanced, cool mid-grey rather than a warm stone or brown-grey, giving it a crisp contemporary character. The surface is visually smooth with a restrained fine grain that adds quiet texture without introducing a motif. ULT1227 is a faux leather made from 70% polyurethane and 30% cotton, supplied at 138cm wide. It is graded for Contract, Domestic and Healthcare upholstery, with Contract flame retardancy and professional aftercare.
How to use it
