VUL2099

Vulcano FabricVUL2099

VUL2099 is a dark, richly textured chenille with a close charcoal-taupe ground and finely broken flecks of warmer brown and cooler grey. Its irregular woven surface gives the colourway a softly layered, tactile appearance rather than a flat block of colour.

About this fabric

Made from 100% polyester chenille, VUL2099 has a dense, nubby weave that reads as deep taupe, charcoal and muted brown across the swatch. The fine variation in the yarns catches the light subtly, creating depth while keeping the overall impression calm and understated. At 138cm wide, it is suitable for Contract and Domestic upholstery. The fabric is machine washable and has Domestic Cig & Match GreenFRĀ® flame retardancy; it can be treated to contract grade.

How to use it

Pair this charcoal-taupe colourway with warm timber, aged bronze and stone neutrals to bring out its brown depth, or use it against cooler grey walls for a more tailored, quietly contrasted scheme.

Use this deep charcoal-taupe chenille to give sofas, dining chairs and headboards a quietly tailored, tactile finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
