About this fabric

This 100% polyester chenille is woven in a dense, softly irregular texture, giving the charcoal colour subtle depth rather than a flat black appearance. At 138cm wide, it is suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery. The fabric is machine washable and carries Domestic Cig & Match GreenFR®, with treatment available to contract grade. Its low-contrast surface keeps the overall look composed and tailored while the minute weave adds tactile interest.

How to use it

Use this deep charcoal grey on a contemporary sofa, dining chair or headboard where its quiet texture can soften a dark scheme without introducing a strong pattern. Balance it with pale timber, warm neutrals or brushed metal to reveal the slight tonal variation in the weave.

Its deep charcoal tone and finely mottled chenille texture bring quiet definition to sofas, chairs and headboards.
