Neoma Charcoal

Starlette Collection FabricNEOMA

Neoma Charcoal has a layered, structured look, with a dark charcoal ground broken up by a woven geometric texture that catches the light across the surface. The finish feels moody and tailored rather than flat.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, this fabric is supplied for drapes only and has a width of 140cm, with a substantial weight of 263 grams per linear metre. The charcoal colourway reads as a cool, near-black grey, while the textured pattern creates lighter flecks and shadowed bands that give the cloth depth. Its geometric repeat is 23.5cm vertically and 24cm horizontally, so the design settles into a rhythmic, architectural effect across the width. With no rub test result noted, it is best considered a decorative window fabric rather than an upholstery choice.

How to use it

Use Neoma Charcoal for full-length curtains, blind facings or layered interlined drapes where the dark tone can frame a room cleanly. It works especially well with pale plaster, concrete tones or brushed brass, which pick up the fabric’s cooler highlights.

Pair with pale stone or warm metallics to let the layered charcoal texture stand out.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Neoma Charcoal without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
