About this colour

This shade reads as a gentle greige with a warm, powdery depth, and the #DBD5CC value keeps it light enough to lift a room without feeling stark. In north-facing light it can lean a little cooler and more stone-like, while in south-facing rooms the warmth comes forward and the colour feels softer and sandier. Against white trim it gives a clean, settled contrast, and beside natural oak, walnut, linen, and muted taupe upholstery it looks especially composed. In Flat Matt it will appear the softest and most even, while Eggshell or Soft Sheen will bring out a little more clarity on woodwork and fitted joinery.

How to use it

It suits living rooms, bedrooms, and hallways where you want a neutral that feels warmer than grey but quieter than cream. It pairs well with painted skirtings, joinery, and upholstery in oatmeal, putty, moss, or brown tones.

A warm, restful neutral that sits easily on walls and beside timber.
