About this colour

In #C0C2B4, Yard Party reads as a gentle sage-olive green with a clear grey note, so it feels settled rather than fresh or grassy. It reflects light softly in Flat Matt and Claypaint, keeping the shade calm and even, while Eggshell and Soft Sheen will lift it a touch more on woodwork and joinery. In a north-facing room it can lean cooler and more mineral, emphasising its grey side, while in south-facing light the green becomes warmer and slightly earthier. It works well beside natural oak, painted timber, linen-look neutrals and deeper moss, charcoal or brown upholstery.

How to use it

A pot comes off the same order as the fabric, so the wall and the chair in front of it are chosen together. The making is ours: cut, sewn and fitted in our own Heybridge workshop, with Simon over every stage.
