Fire-retardant Fabric024

Alter Ego Cedro has a warm, sunlit yellow appearance, softened by fine horizontal variation across the woven surface. The close-up swatch shows a restrained, even texture rather than a printed motif.

About this fabric

The colour sits between golden yellow and muted citron, with subtle tonal shifts that give the surface depth without making it look patterned. Fine horizontal threads create a lightly striated grain, visible across the otherwise plain face of the cloth. Its apparent mid-weight woven structure makes it suitable to consider for both upholstery and drapery. No composition, width, rub-test or additional performance specification has been supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use this cedro-yellow colourway to bring a warm, mellow accent to an otherwise neutral room, particularly on a tailored chair, bench or softly gathered curtain. Pair it with chalky whites, warm timber and subdued olive or brown tones to echo its earthy golden depth.

Its warm yellow tone and fine horizontal weave suit tailored upholstery, curtains and other quietly textured interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
