About this fabric

The ivory ground reads warm and softly textured, while the near-black columns create a strong, rhythmic contrast across the cloth. Small rectangular interruptions give each stripe a subtly stepped, almost brick-like character rather than a plain linear finish. The weave appears substantial and structured in the swatch, making it best suited to upholstery. No composition, width, rub test or performance features are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Pair this colourway with warm ivory, charcoal or pale timber to balance its graphic contrast, or use it on a statement chair where the narrow vertical rhythm can remain visible.

Use this high-contrast ivory and black weave to give upholstered seating a crisp, graphic presence.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
