Catinelle Domino

Jacquard fabrics Fabric002

Catinelle Domino is a strongly graphic jacquard woven in near-black and warm cream. Its narrow, broken vertical bands create a regular architectural rhythm, while the textured surface gives the contrast a softly tactile finish.

About this fabric

The design is formed from alternating dark and light columns, with small stepped marks interrupting each cream stripe. The near-black ground reads deep and inky, while the cream details add definition without making the colourway feel bright. Its visibly substantial, textured weave is well suited to structured upholstery and other tailored applications. No performance features are noted in the supplied record.

How to use it

Use Catinelle Domino on a compact armchair, dining chair or bench where its vertical black-and-cream rhythm can act as a graphic focal point. Pair it with warm timber, ivory upholstery accents and restrained brass for a polished, monochrome scheme.

Use this high-contrast jacquard to bring graphic rhythm and tailored definition to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
