Queneau Wall Chincillà

Satin fabrics Fabric007

Queneau Wall Chincillà appears here as a quiet warm stone taupe, with an almost unpatterned face and a subtle satin glow. The close view reveals a fine, gently grainy texture rather than a pronounced motif.

About this fabric

This colourway sits between pale taupe and warm greige, giving the surface a softly grounded, slightly rosy warmth. Its even face is enlivened by a very fine texture that catches the light without creating a strong sheen. As part of Dedar’s Satin fabrics collection, the cloth reads as smooth and refined while retaining the visual softness of a lightly pebbled weave. No visible pattern interrupts the calm, continuous field of colour.

How to use it

Use the warm stone taupe at full length for curtains in rooms with timber, chalky plaster or muted neutral upholstery. Its restrained reflection can add depth beside darker brown or softly contrasting grey furnishings without becoming glossy.

Use this warm stone taupe as softly luminous window dressing or elegant relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
