Lost World Velvet Pink

Wilderie Fabric VelvetCCF0501-03

Lost World Velvet Pink places black-and-white zebras, palms, peacock feathers and botanical forms across a softly dusty blush-pink ground. Teal, emerald and rust accents give the colourway an expressive depth, while the velvet surface lends the illustration a gentle softness.

About this fabric

This 340gsm velvet combines a muted blush-pink background with sharply striped zebras and richly coloured jungle imagery, including turquoise leaves, deep greens, peacock eyes and small rust-orange details. The illustrated motifs create a large-scale conversational pattern, with a vertical repeat of 89.8 cm and a horizontal repeat of 69 cm. At 138 cm wide, it provides a practical cutting width for upholstery while retaining the visual impact of the full scene. The standard 40 m length is suited to coordinating a larger upholstered scheme in this distinctive pink colourway.

How to use it

Use the cool, dusty pink ground on a statement armchair, headboard or occasional sofa, then pick up its teal and emerald foliage with plain cushions or painted woodwork. Black accents will echo the zebra stripes, while rust accessories can draw out the smaller warm details.

Use this richly illustrated blush velvet to bring an eclectic, jewel-toned focal point to upholstery.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Lost World Velvet Pink without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
