About this fabric

Woven in 100% BCI Cotton, this fabric has a dry, natural handle and a calm matte finish that suits relaxed smart interiors. The wheat beige ground is lifted by a subtle all-over damask motif, with the pattern catching the light just enough to show its curved scrolls and shell-like forms. At 138cm wide, it is a practical furnishing cloth for larger projects, and the 38cm vertical by 71cm horizontal repeat gives the pattern a considered, spacious rhythm. The overall effect is understated and warm, with a gentle depth that feels more sun-washed than yellow.

How to use it

Use this colourway on an upholstered armchair, ottoman or tailored blind where its soft beige tone can sit beside oak, linen and aged brass. It also works well in rooms that need pattern without contrast, since the damask remains quiet and cohesive.
