Chelsea Peacock
Eco -Friendly Ranges Fabric
Chelsea Peacock is a calm peacock teal cotton with a lightly speckled plain weave and a cool, softly faded look. The colour reads as fresh rather than bright, with a gentle textile texture visible across the surface.

About this fabric
Part of Fryett's Eco-Friendly Ranges, this fabric is made from 100% BCI Cotton and measures 140cm wide, with no pattern repeat. The swatch shows a muted teal-blue ground with fine woven slubbing that gives the surface a quietly natural, almost linen-like character. Its tone is evenly balanced and slightly softened, so the colour feels crisp without becoming vivid or glossy. With no visible motif and a plain structure, it offers a clean backdrop that still has enough texture to stop it feeling flat.
How to use it
Use Chelsea Peacock on tailored cushions, a neat armchair or simple curtains where the softened teal can bring colour without overpowering the room. It pairs well with pale oak, warm white and brushed brass for a fresh, smart finish.
A fresh peacock tone that works beautifully across clean-lined upholstery and relaxed window dressings.

Pairs well with
Chelsea Peacock is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
