About this fabric

Woven in 15% cotton and 85% polyester, Jess FR Biscuit has the reassuring body of an upholstery fabric and is presented here as a 140cm-wide cloth with a 65cm vertical by 35cm horizontal pattern repeat. The surface shows an airy botanical motif made up of overlapping leaves, worked in sandy beige and pale taupe tones against a creamy base. The finish is matte and softly textured rather than glossy, so the pattern feels quietly layered instead of sharply printed. Its warm biscuit colouring gives the design a relaxed, natural character that works well in rooms needing a gentle neutral with a little movement. Care instructions are 1<NQT.

How to use it

Use this biscuit colourway on an armchair, bench or loose cover where the soft leaf pattern can add interest without darkening the room. It pairs especially well with oak, rattan and warm whites for an easy, lived-in look.

Pair with natural woods and linens for a soft, layered neutral scheme.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Jess FR Biscuit without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
