About this fabric

This Acorn colourway reads as a warm, grounded brown, darker and richer than a light tan but softer than near-black brown. Its fine, even weave creates understated vertical movement across the surface, while the matte finish keeps the shade feeling natural rather than glossy. No motif is visible, allowing the depth of the brown tone and the restrained woven texture to carry the design.

How to use it

Use Acorn to add depth to a room built around oat, stone, cream or muted olive shades. It would suit tailored seating and relaxed window treatments where its warm brown tone can act as a quiet grounding colour.

Its earthy brown tone and subtle vertical weave bring quiet warmth to upholstery, curtains or cushions.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
