About this fabric

Catalogued as Velvet, SAVANNA in Cosmos has a rich cocoa-brown base scattered with uneven black spots, broken flecks and curling bands reminiscent of an animal hide. The pattern is medium scale and densely arranged, creating a strong all-over effect rather than a sparse motif. A soft directional sheen moves across the surface, especially where the darker markings interrupt the brown pile. Its weight and velvet construction make this colourway particularly suited to upholstery.

How to use it

Bring the warm cocoa tone into a room through a statement armchair, sofa or upholstered bed, then balance the black markings with ebony wood, aged brass and quieter brown textiles. Its high-contrast pattern works especially well as a single focal piece rather than across every upholstered surface.
