About this fabric

This plain velvet has no visible motif or pattern repeat, allowing its rich chocolate tone and plush surface to provide the visual interest. The 540 gsm weight gives it a substantial handle suited to upholstery, while the 141 cm usable width supports practical cutting for furniture projects. Light travels across the pile in the image, creating a restrained sheen along the fold and deeper espresso-like shading beneath it. The result is a dark, grounded colourway with a luxe finish rather than a bright or reddish brown.

How to use it
