About this fabric

The dense velvet surface is visibly short-piled and even, with no printed motif or woven pattern. At the fold, the nap catches the light in a broad silvery highlight, while the shaded areas read as a deeper, cooler grey. The fabric has a 141 cm usable width and weighs 540 gsm, giving this plain, substantial cloth a strong upholstery presence. Both its vertical and horizontal pattern repeats are 0 cm.

How to use it

Use this cool dove-grey colourway on a tailored sofa, headboard or occasional chair where its changing silver-to-graphite nap can provide quiet depth. Pair it with chalky whites, pale timber and brushed metal for a restrained, contemporary scheme.
