Lacuna Tiger

Reflect Velvets VelvetHAF0545-01

Lacuna Tiger is a dense russet-brown velvet with a fine, irregular tiger-stripe effect running across its surface. Warm caramel highlights catch between the darker brown channels, giving the colourway a softly glowing, dimensional finish.

About this fabric

This 498gsm velvet has a richly plush appearance, with closely packed organic markings that resemble a small-scale tiger pattern rather than a rigid stripe. The warm russet ground shifts from cinnamon-brown to deeper chocolate tones, while pale highlights emphasise the pile and create a subtle sense of movement. It has a useable width of 140cm and a pattern repeat of 34.2cm vertically by 34.9cm horizontally. With its substantial weight and tactile surface, it is particularly well suited to upholstered seating, headboards and occasional pieces.

How to use it

Use this warm russet colourway on a statement armchair, sofa or headboard against aged timber, tobacco leather and creamy neutrals. Its closely scaled pattern can bring visual texture to a larger upholstered form while retaining the luxe depth of velvet.

A richly tactile russet velvet for statement upholstery, where its fine tiger-like pattern adds depth without overwhelming the form.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
