About this fabric

The velvet has a small-scale, irregular motif of rounded loops and pebble-like outlines, picked out in slightly lighter and darker sand tones. Its warm beige colouring gives the surface a quietly cocooning depth, while the short pile creates gentle highlights over the raised texture. With a 498 gsm weight and 140 cm usable width, it is well suited to substantial upholstery. The pattern repeats at 34.2 cm vertically and 34.9 cm horizontally, and the fabric has 66 threads per cm.

How to use it

Use this warm sand colourway on a generously upholstered armchair, sofa or headboard where its tonal texture can soften the room without introducing a strong contrast. Pair it with chalky creams, natural timber and muted terracotta accents to bring out its gentle warmth.
