Reflect Velvets VelvetHAF0416-07

Perplex Kelly combines a saturated olive-kelly green velvet ground with narrow pale lines forming a tightly spaced chevron pattern. Its softly directional pile gives the green a subtle shift between lighter and deeper tones across the swatch.

About this fabric

The geometric design is defined by slim grey-lilac lines that meet in repeated arrow-like points, creating a crisp contrast against the dense green pile. The vertical pattern repeat is 4.1cm and the horizontal repeat is 8.6cm, giving the motif its small, closely ordered scale. Weighing 605gsm with 71 threads per centimetre, this substantial velvet is well suited to upholstery. It has a useable width of 131.5cm and a standard length of 35m.

How to use it

Use this deep olive-kelly colourway on a statement chair, headboard or sofa where its pale chevrons can bring graphic definition without losing the plush depth of velvet. Pair it with warm timber, aged brass and quiet neutral upholstery to balance the vivid green.

A richly coloured velvet with a fine pale chevron structure, ideal for statement upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
