About this fabric

This Harlequin velvet has a useable width of 131.5cm and a substantial 605gsm weight, supporting its upholstery classification. The pattern is formed by closely spaced, outlined zigzags in a cool grey-taupe tone, creating a precise architectural contrast against the warm pink ground. A 4.1cm vertical repeat and 8.6cm horizontal repeat keep the motif relatively compact across the cloth. With 71 threads per centimetre and a standard length of 35m, it presents as a dense, structured textile rather than a light, fluid fabric.

How to use it

Use the dusty rose colourway to bring a softened warmth to a contemporary room, particularly on a statement armchair, curved sofa or upholstered headboard. Pair it with chalky neutrals, warm grey and aged metal so the cool geometric lines remain clear without losing the velvet’s blush depth.
