About this fabric

The design is formed from irregular, brush-like horizontal bands, grouped into three repeating columns and separated by pale ground. Teal provides the coolest visual anchor, while fuchsia and mandarin bring saturated warmth; mustard-gold, plum and softer neutral bands add depth between them. At 309 gsm and 44 threads per cm, this is a substantial woven cloth with enough body for upholstery as well as drapery. It has a 137 cm usable width, with a pattern repeat of 67.6 cm vertically by 91.5 cm horizontally.

How to use it

Use the teal bands as the room’s cooler reference point on a statement chair or upholstered bench, then echo the fuchsia and mandarin in cushions or painted accents. On curtains, the vertical column layout will give a colourful room height without losing the stripe’s graphic clarity.

Use this structured mid-weight stripe to add energetic colour to contemporary upholstery, curtains or cushions.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
