About this fabric

The design is filled with overlapping leaves, curling stems, seed heads and small organic forms, picked out in varied greens with touches of deeper blue-green and fine dark detailing. Its 236 gsm weight and 140 cm usable width make it a versatile mid-weight textile for both upholstery and drapery applications. The pattern has a substantial 82 cm vertical repeat and 69.3 cm horizontal repeat, allowing the illustrated foliage to read as a continuous surface. With 74.1 threads per cm, the cloth has a finely constructed appearance that supports the intricate botanical artwork.

How to use it

Use this cool, softly layered colourway on a relaxed armchair, Roman blind or full-length curtains, balancing its leafy detail with chalky neutrals, pale oak and woven natural textures.

Layer this soft sage and teal botanical with natural linens, pale woods and understated warm neutrals.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Alotau Fig Leaf/ Tree Canopy without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
