Salice Ochre/Sepia

Idyllic Wallcoverings WallpaperHAW0081-01

Salice Ochre/Sepia sets slender, branching stems and softly painted buds against a deep charcoal-grey ground. Ochre-sepia and creamy ivory details bring warmth and light to the otherwise dusky colourway.

About this fabric

The vertical botanical sprigs are spaced across the 52 cm usable width, with olive-grey stems carrying irregular ochre, sepia and cream buds. The charcoal background gives the design a muted, atmospheric depth, while the pale buds catch the eye without becoming bright or high-contrast. Supplied in a standard 10.05 m length, the wallpaper has a 64 cm vertical pattern repeat and no horizontal repeat. Its listed weight is 167 gsm.

How to use it

Pair this charcoal-led colourway with warm timber, aged brass and textured ivory upholstery to draw out the ochre and cream accents. It suits a bedroom, reading room or intimate sitting room where the vertical sprigs can provide a calm, softly dramatic backdrop.

Use the warm ochre and cream sprigs to soften the charcoal ground in a study, bedroom or sitting room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
