About this fabric

This Harlequin fabric weighs 530gsm and has a 146cm usable width, giving the cloth a substantial presence suited to upholstery. Closely spaced vertical lines shift between steel grey, blue-grey, sky blue, blush pink, taupe and warm stone, creating a layered stripe rather than a flat block of colour. The woven surface catches the light subtly, while the 70cm horizontal repeat gives the stripe arrangement a measured rhythm across wider upholstered panels. With a 0cm vertical repeat, the design runs continuously from top to bottom.

How to use it

Use the cool steel and sky-blue tones on a structured armchair, headboard or sofa, then pick up the restrained blush lines with dusty rose accessories. Warm stone and taupe threads make it easy to place beside natural timber and soft neutral walls.

Use this dense, cool-toned stripe on tailored upholstery, balancing its blush accents with warm neutrals or pale woods.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
