Kimie Ivory is an almost-white ivory sheer with delicate vertical striations running continuously through the swatch. Its pale, lightly translucent surface stays bright while the fine lines add a quiet woven texture.

About this fabric

The colour reads as a soft ivory white, with subtle shifts between more opaque threads and clearer vertical channels catching across the surface. This is a very lightweight cloth at 62 gsm, and its 310 cm usable width makes it well suited to generous drapery panels. With 42 threads per centimetre, the close fine texture gives the sheer a gently structured appearance rather than a completely plain surface. Both the vertical and horizontal pattern repeats are 0 cm, so there is no directional motif to align.

How to use it

Hang Kimie Ivory as full-height curtains in a pale or warm-neutral room, where its soft ivory tone will filter light gently and its vertical texture can add understated height. Its 310 cm width is particularly useful for broad windows and generous drops.

Use this light ivory sheer for full-height curtains where its fine vertical texture can soften daylight without adding visual weight.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Kimie Ivory without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
