Quito white

Misc Fabricquito/fa1/sno

Quito White shows a softly flecked ivory surface with a gentle natural slub running through the weave. The overall effect is clean and light, with just enough texture to keep the colour from reading flat.

About this fabric

Woven in 85% viscose and 15% linen, Quito White has the smooth-lustrous softness of viscose balanced by the character of linen. The fabric is 142cm wide with a usable width of 142cm, and it is suitable for curtains, blinds and upholstery. In this colourway, the white sits in a warm ivory range rather than a stark optic white, so the weave catches the light with a quietly mottled, tactile finish. It is iron safe and spot clean only, with no fire retardant treatment noted.

How to use it

Use Quito White where you want a calm, airy backdrop that still feels upholstered and substantial rather than sheer. Its soft ivory tone works especially well with pale timber, chalky paint finishes and layered neutral schemes.

A quiet ivory weave that suits calm, layered interiors and softens larger pieces beautifully.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
