Ravenna grey

Misc Fabricravenna/fa1/zin

Ravenna Grey has a softly mottled grey surface with a cool, linen-led texture and fine crossweave interest. The overall effect is understated and tailored, with a light, airy feel rather than a heavy solid block of colour.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, Ravenna Grey shows a relaxed, textural cloth with visible slubs and a subtle grid-like weave that gives the shade its depth. The colour sits in a gentle grey range with hints of beige and blue-grey catching across the surface, so it reads cool but not stark. At 140cm wide, it is a practical fabric for a range of interior projects, and the spot clean only care instruction suits its natural, uncomplicated finish. It is not fire retardant, and the no-iron finish helps preserve the fabric’s softly rumpled linen character.

How to use it

Use Ravenna Grey for tailored curtains, loose covers or understated upholstery where a calm neutral is needed with a little movement in the weave. It works especially well alongside weathered wood, stone, and off-white palettes.

Pair with pale timber and chalky neutrals for a calm, tailored finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
