About this fabric
This fabric is a 60% cotton, 40% viscose textile with a substantial 467 gsm weight and a 60,000 Martindale rub test, making it well suited to both curtains and soft upholstery. In this grey colourway, the repeated pocket watch illustrations sit over a blue-leaning slate base that reads cool rather than warm, with the printed outlines and numerals giving the design clear definition. The usable width is 136 cm, with a 68 cm horizontal repeat and 50.3 cm vertical repeat, so the motif has room to show its scale across larger drops and cushions. Dry clean only care and a cool iron finish keep the surface looking smart while preserving the soft, cloth-like texture visible in the weave.
How to use it
Pair Pocketwatch Grey with pale oak, brushed metal and chalky neutrals to emphasise its cool, architectural feel. It works especially well for lined curtains, statement cushions or an occasional chair where the watch motif can be seen clearly.
