Quito Grey reads as a calm, pale grey with a softly mottled surface and a subtle linen-like slub. The texture gives the swatch a gentle depth rather than a flat finish.

About this fabric

Woven in 85% viscose and 15% linen, Quito Grey has a refined, tactile handle with a visible nubby texture across the surface. The colour is a cool, light grey with faint silvered highlights, so it feels fresh and quietly luminous rather than dark or heavy. At 142cm wide and suitable for curtains, blinds and upholstery, it offers useful versatility for both soft furnishings and lighter seating schemes. It is iron safe and spot clean only, and there is no fire retardant finish noted.

How to use it

Use this pale grey to keep a room feeling airy and balanced, especially alongside white timber, brushed metal, or soft charcoal accents. It works particularly well where you want texture without visual weight.

A quietly textured grey that suits tailored upholstery or soft, understated curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
