Paddington beige

Misc Fabricpadding/fa1/aco

Paddington Beige has a dense, curly bouclé-like surface that reads as soft, tactile and inviting. The colour is a warm oatmeal beige with gentle tonal variation that keeps the finish from feeling flat.

About this fabric

This Fabric from Voyage Maison’s Misc collection is made from 100% polyester and has a substantial 500gsm handle, which suits the plush, textured look shown here. The surface is covered in tight, looped curls that create a small-scale all-over texture with plenty of visual movement. Its warm beige tone sits between cream and stone, giving it an easy neutral depth that feels soft rather than stark. With a 100,000 Martindale rub test and suitability for curtains, blinds and upholstery, it is designed for demanding use as well as decorative warmth. The useable width is 140cm, and the fabric should be dry cleaned only and not ironed.

How to use it

Use this colourway on an armchair, banquette or headboard where the tactile pile can catch the light. It pairs especially well with limewashed woods, off-whites and muted bronze accents for a calm, layered scheme.

A cosy neutral that adds depth without overpowering a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
