Midori Polar

Midori FabricCCF0219-36

Midori Polar is a near-white textile with a soft ivory cast and an exceptionally quiet surface. Fine woven lines add just enough texture to keep the pale colour from appearing flat.

About this fabric

The cloth appears plain at first glance, but close inspection reveals a delicate vertical-and-horizontal weave that creates a restrained, softly crosshatched texture. Its ivory-white tone reads gently luminous and slightly warmer than pure white, with very little visual contrast across the surface. With a light weight of 112 gsm and a usable width of 297 cm, it is well suited to fluid drapery applications. The supplied pattern repeats are 0 cm vertically and horizontally, while the standard length is 40 m.

How to use it

Use Midori Polar for full-height curtains where its pale ivory tone can soften bright rooms without introducing a strong colour statement. Pair it with chalky whites, pale oak and quiet natural textures for a relaxed, airy scheme.

A softly textured ivory voile-style cloth for calm, light drapery and pared-back interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
