About this fabric

Part of the SS23 Images - Babooshka collection by iliv, Aquarius Orchid Flat is a 134cm-wide fabric woven in 52% cotton and 48% polyester with viscose embroidery. The design shows stacked scalloped arches outlined in soft green, with tiny pink and olive floral sprigs inside each panel, creating a neat all-over rhythm. The ground reads pale cream rather than bright white, which keeps the colourway gentle and slightly warm. With a 22cm horizontal repeat and 15cm vertical repeat, it is best suited to drapery and accessories, and it is treatable for FR drapery. It is not suitable for upholstery, so the light, decorative handle shown here is best enjoyed away from hard wear.

How to use it

Use this colourway for lined curtains, Roman blinds or cushions where the fresh green edging and pink accents can sit against painted timber, rattan or washed oak. It works especially well in rooms that need pattern without heaviness, thanks to its airy cream ground.
