About this fabric

Catalogued as a fabric from Kirkby Design’s Crush III collection, this colourway presents a restrained, softly mottled grey. Its pebble tone sits on the cool side of neutral, while the fine tonal shifts prevent the surface from appearing flat. The image shows a close, even texture with no visible repeat or decorative pattern. As a substantial-looking textile with a calm plain construction, it is particularly well suited to upholstered furniture.

How to use it

Use this cool pebble grey on a sofa, armchair or dining seat where its quiet tonal variation can soften sharper architectural lines. Pair it with chalky whites, pale timber and blue-grey accents for a composed contemporary scheme.

Its cool, softly mottled grey surface brings quiet depth to contemporary upholstered seating.

Pairs well with

Crush Fr Easyclean Pebble is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
