Kline grey

Winterskies Fabrickline/fa1/sla

Kline Grey is a cool, textural jacquard with a layered, branch-like pattern that reads crisp and tonal rather than bold. The grey ground is lifted by pale stone highlights and deeper charcoal shadows, giving the design a softly rugged surface.

About this fabric

Woven in a 75% polyester, 25% viscose composition, this fabric has the weight and body to work comfortably across curtains, blinds and upholstery. The 730gsm handle and 45,000 Martindale rub test make it a practical choice for seating as well as window treatments, while the 140cm width gives useful coverage. Visually, the grey colourway sits in a cool pebble range, with chalky off-white lines cutting through smoky mid-greys and near-black accents for depth. The large, irregular pattern repeat of 35cm by 42.5cm helps preserve the dramatic, fractured look across broad spans of fabric.

How to use it

Pair Kline Grey with pale plaster walls, blackened metal and warm timber to keep the cool tones balanced. It works especially well on an accent chair or interlined curtains where the layered grey pattern can read clearly.

Use this cool grey jacquard to add structure and contrast to contemporary upholstery or tailored curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
