About this fabric

The swatch shows an even plain weave formed by fine horizontal and vertical threads, creating a restrained crosshatched texture rather than a printed motif. Its everglade teal tone sits between blue and green, reading saturated but softened by the woven surface. Small changes in the weave catch the light gently, preventing the dark colour from appearing completely flat. The regular construction has the versatile look of a mid-weight cloth suitable for both upholstery and drapery.

How to use it

Use Everglade on a compact upholstered chair, headboard or full-length curtain to introduce a deep blue-green anchor without a glossy finish. Pair it with warm timber, aged brass and pale neutrals to bring out the shade’s cool depth.

Use this deep, cool teal to bring richly coloured woven texture to upholstery, curtains or layered interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
