Hue Fjord

Hue Fabric

Hue Fjord is a cool, muted blue-grey teal with a fine woven surface that gives the colour gentle variation rather than a flat block of tone. Its close, even texture reads as quietly refined and tactile.

About this fabric

The image shows a plain, tightly woven fabric in a softened fjord blue, balanced with grey so it feels calm rather than bright or saturated. Fine horizontal and vertical threads create a subtle crosshatch effect, while the surface catches the light with restrained tonal depth. The weave appears versatile enough for upholstery or drapery, although no composition, width, rub test or performance features have been supplied for this colourway.

How to use it

Use Hue Fjord to cool a room with a measured blue-grey teal accent, pairing it with pale timber, chalky neutrals or deeper charcoal for contrast. Its low-contrast weave would suit a tailored chair, upholstered headboard, Roman blind or full-length curtain where texture is preferred over pattern.

A cool, quietly textured blue-grey teal that brings calm depth to upholstery, curtains and layered schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
