Restfr Balsam

Restfr Fabric

Restfr Balsam is a deep balsam teal textile with a softly clouded appearance across the surface. Its blue-green tone reads dark and composed, while subtle tonal variation prevents the colour from looking flat.

About this fabric

The close-up image shows an apparently plain fabric with fine, low-contrast mottling rather than a distinct printed motif. Deep teal, blue-green and darker charcoal notes move gently across the ground, giving the colourway a cool, shaded depth. The surface looks dense and softly textured, making it a natural choice for upholstery. No composition, width or performance features have been supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Restfr Balsam to upholster a statement chair, sofa or footstool in a room that can carry a deep blue-green accent. Pair it with warm timber, aged brass or pale neutrals to bring definition to its cool, shadowed tone.

Use this deep, shaded teal on upholstered seating where its softly mottled surface can add quiet depth.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
