About this fabric

The swatch reads as a light buff beige, with a subtle warm pinkish cast that keeps the colour softer than a straightforward cream. A fine, low-contrast texture is visible across the surface, giving the plain fabric a gently brushed, softly tactile appearance. Supplied specification data lists this as a Fabric, with no performance features noted. The even colour and restrained texture make it suitable for upholstery or drapery where a calm, tonal finish is wanted.

How to use it

Pair Restfr Buff with chalky whites, oat tones and pale timber for a softly layered room, or use it to temper darker walnut and muted terracotta. Its warm buff tone is especially effective where a neutral needs to feel gentle rather than stark.

Use this warm, pale buff neutral to soften seating, curtains or layered tonal schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
